Welcome to West Side Photography website and photo gallery. We feature photography from the Westside of Los Angeles California — scenic views, architecture, people, animals, birds, pictures of the beach, ocean sunsets and more.

Our current exhibition West Side Beach Birds features photos of seagulls and other sea birds walking, flying, fighting for food.

Birds on the city beaches are adapted to living close to people. Seagulls surround you when they see that you have food, and just patiently wait for leftovers.

Birds ferociously compete for food with a lot of noise and chasing around. As soon as they see a piece of food and can reach it — they grab it. Winning bird runs away trying to swallow fast because others are following.
